Basil M. Day Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Basil M. Day of Greenfield, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Vermont, who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Harlan and Beulah May Day (Moore); and his siblings, Ira Jr., Charles and Erma Whitaker (Bunny).
He is survived by: his significant other Carol; his daughters, Melissa Perley (Paul) of Berlin, VT and Leslie Craige (Jim) of New York, NY; his grandfathers, Michael (Kate), Jesse (Elyse), Ethan (Emily), Joshua Blouin, Angus, Ellis and Parker Craige; his great grandchildren, Porter, Emerson and Willow Blouin; and his close friend Don Rice. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
