He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sullivan and Mary Sullivan (Murphy); and his girlfriend Maureen Betters. He is survived by: his children, Danielle Sullivan Douglas (Michael) of Worcester, William F. Sullivan Jr. of Franklin and James Sullivan (Sarah) of Wrentham; and his grandchildren, Ciaran, Conor, Catherine, Lorelei Douglas and James Dean Sullivan.
