He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Costa (Buckman). He is survived by: his wife Jean Costa (Anacki) of Franklin; his father Raymond Costa; his son-in-law Clarence; his children, Candice Dyer (Clarence) of Bridgewater, Derek Van, Burgh of Tampa, FL and Timothy Jr. (Emma Russell) of Providence, RI.; his grandchildren, Ashlee, Brett, Mason and Aiden; and his siblings, Raymond Costa (Alice) of Taunton, Debby Tyler (late Toby) of Venice, FL and Peter Costa (Paula) of Dighton. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
