He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Therese Falco; his parents, Peter Falco and Pasquelina Falco; his sisters, Mary, Florence and Nancy; his children, Katrina Shea (Tom) of Cheshire, CT, Stephen Jr. (Dana) of Rehoboth, MA, Kerry (Mary Jean) of Wellesley, MA, Melissa Warren (Jeff) of Medway, MA and Lynn Spencer (Dan) of Colchester, VT.; his brother Peter (Helen) of Monrovia, CA; his grandchildren, Patrick, Jenna Abatiell, Alana, Stephen Falco III, Nicholas, Christian, Elizabeth Falco, Sam, Jessica, Jake Warren, Andrew, Will and Kendall Spencer; and his great grandchild Lily Falco. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
