She is survived by: her sons, Chase Rutledge of North Carolina and Antonio Avelar-Hayes of Florida; her husband Mario Avelar Lemus of Florida; her parents, Laurie Jones and Joseph Hayes of Massachusetts; and her siblings, Steven Hayes of Massachusetts, Kerryn Veale of Massachusetts, Justin Venteroso of Massachusetts and Farrell Moroney of Massachusetts. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
