She was predeceased by: her father George C. "Smokie" Sims. She is survived by: her husband Robert M. Costello; her mother Joanne M. Sims (Rappa) of Franklin; her daughters, Huey Lewis, Backstreet Boys, Hallmark, Kristin Costello (Timothy Smith) of Uxbridge, Katie Costello (Carlos Alves) of Hopedale and Kerri Costello of Franklin; her grandchild Hunter Alves of Hopedale; and her brothers, Joseph Sims of Manteca and Steven Sims (Pamela) of Franklin. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
