She was predeceased by: her husband Jose "Cheo" Perez Silva; her parents, Fructuoso Anglero and Margarita Medal Anglero; her son Samuel Perez; her sister Graciela Delgado; and her grandsons, Miguel Perez, Jr. and Jean D. Santana.

She is survived by: her children, Miguel A. Perez of Woonsocket, RI, Angel L. Perez of Puerto Rico, Nelson Rios-Medal of Puerto Rico, Elsie Rios of Puerto Rico, Claudia Perez of Woonsocket, RI, Ana Ramos of Woonsocket, RI, Rosa L. Perez of Franklin, Isabel Rodriguez of Franklin, Natividad Gonzalez of Franklin, Marcola Hernandez of Franklin, Virginia Santana of Hopkinton and Esther Ortiz of Worcester. She is also survived by 107 grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
