She is survived by: her parents, William Costello and Marilyn Costello (Creonte) of Needham; her husband Robert M. Cullins; her children, Tyler W. Cullins (Katie) of Wrentham, Zachary D. Cullins of Franklin and Kerri-Anne C. Cullins of Franklin; and her sister Pamela J. Costello of Billerica.
