He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard F. Haggerty and Theresa Haggerty (Larochelle). He is survived by: his wife Alexis R. Haggerty (Belliveau); his daughters, Katharine Richardson of Nashville, TN and Keren Brophy of Port Charlotte, FL; his brother Brian F. Haggerty; his nephew Ian Haggerty; his niece Eliza Haggerty; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Nigel Richardson, Connor and Kellyn Brophy.
