He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gratianna LaVerdiere Loubier and Joseph Loubier; his siblings, Bill and Cleo; his sons, Gregg (Leslie) of Altadena, California and Randy (Judy) of New Boston; his wife Phyllis; his brother Bob Loubier (Judi) of Snowmass, Colorado.; and his daughter Jane Epstein (Mark) of Albuquerque. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He volunteered with Kiwanis, the Masons and the United Way Foundation.
