He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard "Chug" Costello and Eileen Molloy Costello; his brothers, Terrence "Terry" Costello and Paul Costello (Emilia); and his wife Joan Marie Remini.
As such, in lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the scientific research being done by Dennis's doctors at Johns Hopkins Medicine, Dr. Greg Pontone and Dr. Kelly Mills, to improve the treatment and care of dementia in people with Parkinson's Disease.
