He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Greenwood and Claire Greenwood (Sullivan); his brother David Greenwood; and his grandson Patrick Mathias. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Greenwood (Brannelly) of Franklin; his children, Maribeth Mathias of North Attleboro, Sandy Stanton (Richard) of Franklin and Danny Greenwood (Karen) of Hopkinton; his siblings, Charlet McTernan of Wrentham and Janice Parkinson; and his great grandchild Julian Zimmerly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
