He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Fisk and Amy Fisk (Bywater). He is survived by: his wife Beth Fisk (Pinel); his son David Fisk (Ann); his grandson James of Wrentham; his son Steven Fisk (Cami) of Bellingham; and his cousin Marsha Davis of North Carolina.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wentworth Institute of Technology Alumni Fund, 550 Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02115 or to the Franklin Federated Church, 171 Main Street, Franklin, MA 02038.
