She is survived by: her children, Kim Kornik of Chicopee, Shawn Egan of Fitchburg and Melissa Egan of Fitchburg; her grandchildren, Jake and Courtney Kornik; and her siblings, Eddie Cormier and Jeannette Ferreira. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
