He was predeceased by: his son Brian D. Rivers. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Caryn Rivers of Leominster, MA and Johnathan Rivers (Sondra) of Raeford, NC.; his daughters, Michelle (Holloway), Creaven (Glenn) of Leominster, Sarah (Holloway) and Carr (Jeremy) of East Greenwich, RI.; his grandchildren, Caleb, Sawyer, Audrey Carr of East Greenwich, RI, Kaylah and Sydney Creaven of Leominster, MA; his great grandchildren, Lina and Charlotte of Raeford, NC.; and his former wife Marian Rivers. He is also survived by his family and friends.
His family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to: Second Chance Animals.org , in Dave's name.
