He was predeceased by: his mother Marie McCarthy; and his sister Kara Louise. He is survived by: his father Joseph W. McCarthy of North Falmouth; his daughter Molly; his former wife Trish Cullinan; and his siblings, John (Andrea) of Falmouth, Sheila (Peter Leddy) of Milton, Courtney (Stephen Affanato) of Milton and Meaghan of Boston. He is also survived by loving uncle to his many nieces and nephews.
