He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Medeiros, Sr. and Florence Medeiros (Perry); his son David J. Medeiros; and his sisters, Eleanor Dugeau and Virginia Lord.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen J. Medeiros (Gonsalves); his daughter Michelle Marion (Mark); and his sisters, Louise Focht, Barbara Archambault and Betty Lou Grey. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews and other extended family.
