He was predeceased by: his mother Debra M. Johansen; and his grandfather Thomas J. Foley. He is survived by: his father Kenneth R. Johansen; his siblings, Patrick T. Johansen, Jason P. Johansen and Jenna M. Willett; his grandmother Carole Ann Foley; his aunt Susan; and his uncle Edward Johnson (Katherine McEvoy). He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
