He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Clarkson and Virginia Clarkson; his brother Kent; his sister-in-law Donna; and his wife Peggy Urbano. He was also cherished by his son and daughter-in-law, two daughters and two son-in-laws, six beautiful grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Movement Disorders Division of the Massachusetts General Hospital.
