He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Williams. He is survived by: his spouse Patricia L. Williams (Amaral); his parent Barbara E. Nerland (Chapman); his children, Scott J. Williams of New Bedford, Robert E. Williams of New Bedford and Dina R. Guerreiro (Williams) of New Bedford; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Guerreiro, William Guerreiro and Edward Guerreiro; his siblings, David E. Charbonneau (Cheryl Cagno) of Portsmouth, RI, Diane T. Dezielle (Roger) of Feeding Hills, MA, Mildreth "Judy" Huston, Catherine St, Jacques Rioux of Fairhaven and Pauline Rioux of Springfield; and also Acushnet.
