He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Maguire and Lucille T. Maguire (Theroux); and his sister Lucille C. Maguire. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Maguire (Raposa); and his siblings, Kathleen Leyva of Torrance, CA and Edward J. Maguire of Marion. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
