He was predeceased by: his parent Edward E. Jones; his child Betty L. Jones; and his sibling Edward, Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Alice Jones (Tripp); his children, Ronald Jones of New Bedford, Robert E. Jones of Acushnet, Edward E. Jones and Linda L. Bermann (David); his siblings, Frederick Jones and Marion Milligan of Westport; his stepson Andrew Mendez; and his siblings, John Jones, Wilfred Jones, Helen Albert, Ruth Wilcox, Sarah Swindell, Barbara Jones and Alice Barnes. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
