She was predeceased by: her parent Seraphim Mendes. She is survived by: her spouse Eugene V. Botelho; her parent Mary Mendes (Mello); her sons, Eugene S. Botelho (Betsy) of New Bedford, David M. Botelho of Fairhaven and Michael J. Botelho; her grandchildren, Cameron, Paige, David G., Nathan and Ava Botelho; and her sisters, Connie J. Marujo and Charlotte Pietraszek of Lux, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
