He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Rita Fauteux (Bernard); his wife Carole; his father Armand (Claire Jeronymo) of Fairhaven; his children, Thadd Fauteux (Karyn), Jason Fauteux and Danielle Schwartz (Jason); his stepchildren, Brian Correia and Vicki Vieira (David) of Fairhaven; his brother David Fauteux (Carol) of Fairhaven; his grandchildren, Robert, Aaron, Aiden Fauteux, Kaitlyn Schwartz, Ethan, Tegan Vieira, Tyler and Jack Correia; and his great grandchild Wayland Fauteux. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
