He was predeceased by: his wife Roberta F. Cafasso; and his son Domenic Cafasso. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Ann Perullo (John Perullo), Mary Elizabeth Ceballos (Cafasso) of Woburn, MA, Catherine Cafasso-Piel (Peter Piel) of Derry, NH and Julie Anne Cafasso of Rochester, NH.; his grandchildren, Ashly Lyn Perullo of Orlando, FL and Amber Marie Ceballos of Phoenix, AZ.; and his sisters, Josephine Racki (Cafasso) of Reading, MA and Margie Barone (Cafasso) of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
