He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Capone and Annie Laurice Capone; his father-in-law Ralph Page; his sister Jean Zaccone; and his brothers-in-law, Paul Zaccone and Michael Aldrich.

He is survived by: his wife Diana (Page); his children, Nicole Capone of Las Vegas, NV and Sean Capone of Braintree, MA.; his brothers, Joseph (Judy Capone) of Port Charlotte, FL and Steve; his mother-in-law Gail Page of Claremont, NH; his brother Stephen; his sister-in-law Mary Page of Claremont, NH; and his godchildren, David Capone, Jr. of Winthrop, MA, Lori Roberto of Revere, MA and Tommy Lorentz of Sarasota, FL. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
