He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Forrestall and Margaret (King); and his sister Katherine Pizzano. He is survived by: his siblings, Lucy Furman, Marion O'Hare, Cecelia Forrestall, Michael Forrestall, Francis Forrestall, Margaret Kotkowski, Helen DeSantis, Dennis Forrestall and Carole Julian. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In light of the recent development with the COVID-19, all funeral services will be private.
