He was predeceased by: his parents, Concetta Matarazzo (Barile) and Luigi Matarazzo. He is survived by: his siblings, Maria Cubellis, Michael Matarazzo of Everett and Angelo Matarazzo of Florida. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19 private services will be held for the immediate family.
