With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine Shay (Everett, Massachusetts), who passed away on February 23, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Charles J. Shay; her son Neil Shay; her close friend Ed White; and her sister Lucy Nazzaro. She is survived by: her sons, Chuck Shay (Karen) of Wilmington and John Shay (Laurie) of North Attleboro; her siblings, Nick Beradino and Dottie Olivolo; her grandchildren, Nicole, John Jr., Zackary, Ciara and Neil Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Levi, Violet and Siena. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
