He was predeceased by: his parents, James Winer and Erna Winer; and his brother Edward Winer. He is survived by: his wife Anna Winer (Tiberi); his children, James M. Winer, Mary Malinowski and Glenn T. Winer (late Kathy); and his siblings, Walter Winer, Ann Annese, Virginia Mancuso and Phyllis Boyd. He is also survived by grandchildren and four great grandchildren as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
