He is survived by: his friend Linda Gaffney De Lisle; his wife Linda of Edgartown, MA.; his children, Nicole De Lisle Warshaw of Westwood, MA. and Charles De Lisle of Mill Valley, CA.; his grandchildren, Vanessa Warshaw, Logan Warshaw and Chloe Warshaw; his sisters, Nancy Maynard and Elaine Membrino; and his godson Keith Maynard.
