He was predeceased by: his wife Edna J. Moffitt (Comer); his parents, Joseph Moffitt and Elva Moffitt (Beckman); his son Bruce F; his sister Barbara Moffitt; and his granddaughter Paula J. Moffitt.
He is survived by: his brother Arthur Moffitt; and his adoptive daughter Luisa Medeiros of Berkley.
