He was predeceased by: his parent Michael Sullivan; and his sibling Ann Murphy. He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Beverly Sullivan (Keane); his parent Julia Sullivan (Healy); his daughters, Patricia A. Sullivan, Kathleen, Donovan (John) of Wellesley and Deborah J. Scolaro (Joseph) of Danvers; his sibling William F. Sullivan (Wilma) of Warren, RI; and his grandchildren, John L. Donovan III of New York City, Anthony J. Scolaro of Danvers and Matthew J. Scolaro of Danvers.
