He was predeceased by: his father Paul Bartolucci. He is survived by: his daughter Adalyn; his wife Sara; his daughter Olivia Bartolucci; his sisters, Nicole (Stephen Spring II) and Gina (Dennis Mongeon); his parents-in-law, Richard and Dale Smith; his brother-in-law Brandon (Kristen Smith); and his nieces and nephews, Nico, Lexi Mongeon, Noah, Maylin and Brodie Smith. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Dakin Humane Society at 171 Union Street, Springfield, to support Stephen's love for animals.
