He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Consilvio (Taylor); his parents, Benjamin Consilvio and Concetta Consilvio (Delizia) of East Boston; and his brother Vincent (Anna Consilvio). He is survived by: his children, John Consilvio Jr. (Jan Streitburger) of Arlington, Edward Consilvio (Marcia) of Arlington and Jean Consilvio of Arlington; his grandsons, Sean Consilvio (Carlyn Robinson) of Chelmsford, Erik Consilvio (Stephanie) of Foxborough and John M. Consilvio of Cambridge; his great grandchildren, Justin Petterson, Anya, Mason and Brady Consilvio; and his siblings, Anna (Nunzio "Bucky" D'Innocenzo), Francis (Anna Consilvio), Paul (Eda Consilvio), Felix (Nancy Consilvio), Joseph (Susan Consilvio), Rose Consilvio (Gervase) and Clara (Richard Clements).
