He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis A. O'Keefe and Mary F. O'Keefe (Shea). He is survived by: his wife Nancy McDermott of Duxbury; his sons, Matthew O'Keefe of Boston and Connor O'Keefe of New York, NY.; his brother Francis "Frank" O'Keefe; and his siblings-in-law, Judy O'Keefe of Winthrop, Rick, Janet McDermott of Norwood, Scott, Kelly McDermott of Medfield, Paul and Laura McDermott of Duxbury. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
