He was predeceased by: his sibling George Fader of Taunton. He is survived by: his spouse Linda Fader (White); his child Scott Fader (Laura) of Hanover; and his grandchildren, Lucy, Amanda and Ethan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Roberts memory can be made to the Alzheimers Foundation, 311 Arsenal Street, Watertown, MA 02472.
