He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Costello of County Galway. He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Costello (Joyce); his children, Ann Marie Chandler, Barbara Bartlett (Douglas), Clare Costello, James A. Costello (Shelly), Patricia McGill (Robert) and Thomas Costello (Marisa); his grandchildren, James Chandler, Parker Chandler, Alicia Gaignard, Monica Chandler, Helen Bartlett, Emma Bartlett, Katherine Costello, Andrew McGill, Katherine McGill, Brendan Costello, Aidan Costello, Elise Costello and Kaylee Costello; his great grandchildren, Paul Chandler, Maeve Chandler, Ainsleigh Chandler and Evalyn Gaignard; his parent Ellen Costello (Keane) of County Galway; and his siblings, Mary "Chris" O'Brien of Kingston, Ann "Nancy" Townley of Nebraska, Teresa Costello S., Margaret Boyd of Weymouth, Agnes Pouliot of Whitman, Thomas Costello of Whitman and Patrick "Eddie" Costello. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
