We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2023, at the age of 93, Patricia J. Kornachuk of Danvers, Massachusetts, born in Andover, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Walter M. Kornachuk; her parents, William Collins and Josephine Collins (Wholey); and her siblings, William, Paul, Arthur, Justin, Julianna Collins and Evie Barry.
She is survived by: her children, Patrice McCarron (John) of Columbus, Walter Kornachuk (Jeanne) of Danvers, Andrea Kornachuk of Arlington, Lisa Kornachuk of Danvers and Mark Kornachuk (Joyce) of North Andover; her grandchildren, Jeremy McCarron, Lindsey Modlich, Shanna Alexander, Hayley Randall and Kaitlin Kornachuk; her great grandchildren, Poppy, Rosie, Iris, Evelyn, Max, Elodie and Everett; and her sister Josephine Gemmell of Andover. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
