She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph McCormack and Virginia McCormack; her husband Anthony Ciulla; and her siblings, Karen McCormack and Joseph McCormack.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Johnian of Lynnfield, Michael Ciulla (Kimberly) of Danvers, Kathy Semons of Danvers and Lynda Traill (Bill) of Danvers; her grandchildren, Sydney, Olivia Johnian, Drew, Jake Semons, Shaye, Callie Traill and Siena Ciulla; and her siblings, Ken McCormack (Christine) and Valerie Capuccio. She is also survived by her family and friends.
