He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen O'Grady (Gallo); his parents, Christopher O'Grady and Margaret O'Grady (O'Shaughnessy); and his son Christopher O'Grady. He is survived by: his children, Daniel O'Grady (Linda) of Ohio, Marianne O'Grady of Afghanistan, Patrick O'Grady (James Wheeler) of Mattapoisett, Joseph O'Grady (Michelle) of Middleton and Catherine Clemente (Rafael) of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Daniel, Christopher, Jessica, Lily, Maya, Grace and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Lincoln and Conner; and his siblings, Nancy Brown of Florida and Thomas O'Grady of Texas.

Due to COVID restrictions, a private funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Parish in Concord on Saturday, April 10th at 10 am.
