He is survived by: his wife Sharon Mendosa (Bestford) of Concord; his children, Jack Mendosa Jr. (Shannon) of Block Island, Julie Duffy (Mark) of Jupiter Florida, Chris Mendosa of Boston, Andrew Mendosa (Nardia) of Jamaica and Brad Mendosa (Misha Lam Mendosa) of Hawaii; his siblings, Jane Benoit (Joe) of Millbury, James (Maureen), Sally O'Neill (Brendan) of Brockton and Thomas (Deborah) of Hudson; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Vito Mendosa of Littleton, Luke, Keelan, Liam Duffy of Jupiter Florida, Nash, Jett, Nesta Mendosa of Jamaica, Kai and Mahina Mendosa of Hawaii.
