He is survived by: his daughter Sarah; his wife Tamara Rip; his daughter Sophie Rip; his parents, Branko Rip and Rahel Rip; his siblings, Mario Rip (Aurora) and Blanka Rip; his parents-in-law, Sally and Brian Levy; his brother Daniel; and his sister-in-law Lorraine Levy.

“Tamara, Sarah, and Sophie, my heart goes out to you and your extended family. Bojan was a wonderful colleague, really phenomenal. My family had the pleasure of meeting yours briefly twice when we were out and about in the area. Sarah and Sophie, you were born the same year as my son, and Bojan used to tell me how your Mom and him were carrying one of you each in a baby carrier, walking with you. He said you were wonderful babies. May you find strength at all times.”
