She is survived by: her husband Dr. James W. Cook, Sr. of Vicksburg, Mississippi; her daughter Megan Cook Vincent (Peter) of Naples, Florida; her nieces and nephews, Paige, Kelli and Christian Paquette; and her great-nieces, Bailee of Metairie, Louisiana. and Harper of Metairie, Louisiana..
She was a member of the Junior Auxiliary of Vicksburg and worked on numerous charity organizations including the Heart Fund.
