He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nuttall and Margaret Nuttall (Flynn); his wife Dian R. Nuttall (Layfulde); and his brother Ronald Nuttall. He is survived by: his children, Darrin (Danielle) of Webster, Ronald (Trisha) of Holden, William Nuttall, Jr. (Kristin) of Charlton, Babette (Daniel Mahoney) of Rochdale and Lisa Nuttall of Cherry Valley; and his siblings, Frank Nuttall of North Andover and Dolores LaPointe of Milford. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
