He was predeceased by: his parents, Plutarco Ulloa and Marta Mejia. He is survived by: his children, Eily Ulloa of Chelsea, Gregory Alejandro Ulloa of Chelsea, Carlos Edilberto Ulloa and Jose Ulloa; his grandchildren, Kiara and Raul Ulloa; and his siblings, Santiago Ulloa, Edie Ulloa, Juan DeDios Ulloa and Ilsi Ulloa.
Relatives and friends are most kindly invited to attend visiting hours at the Welsh Funeral Home, 718 Broadway, Chelsea on Tuesday February 15 from 4:00 P. M. to 8:00 P. M. Per order of the Chelsea Board of Health, all visitors are required to wear face masks while in the Funeral Home.
