With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph A. Skiddell of Chelsea, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 20, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Skiddell and Evelyn Skiddell; and his sister Sandra Phillips (late Bill Phillips). He is survived by: his child Lindsey Waugh (Donald); his siblings, Elliot Skiddell (Julie), Marci Elman (Steven), Lauri Rawls (Jim) and Yona Bollinger (Wolf); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Isla and Julia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
