It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James A Ege Jr. (Chelsea, Massachusetts), born in Winthrop, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 10, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Ege and Dorothy V. Ege (Smithers); his spouse Beverly A. Ege (Roberts); and his sister Dorothy V. Ege. He is survived by: his children, Thomas J. Ege of Revere, Denise M. Ege Martin (Robert) of Douglas, MA and Annmarie Ege (Jennifer Bono) of Revere; and his grandchildren, Erin N., Emily S. and Samantha D. Martin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in James' memory may be made to the Chelsea Soldier's Home, Recreation Fund, 91 Crest Ave. Chelsea, MA 02150.
