It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hector J. Lao Sr. of Chelsea, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 6, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa Alicea-Alicea and Nicolas Lao-Vega; and his daughter Sonia B. Lao. He is survived by: his wife Sonia Morales; and his children, Rosa Lao of Chelsea, Hector J. Lao, Jr. of Chelsea, Mike Santiago of Hyde Park, Angel Santiago of Indianapolis Indiana, Jose Santiago of Puerto Rico and Carmen Lao of Lynn. He is also survived by several grandchildren, many great grandchildren, a host of extended family members and friends.
