Welch (Silliphant); his family Bill; his children, Suzanne Kakouris (Nick) of New Hampshire, Michelle Oppenheim (Alan) of Taunton, William Welch Jr., Scott Silva Sr. (Darlene) of Brockton, Carrie MacKenzie (John) of Brockton, Grampy of Yanni, Niko, Alexi, Dimitri Kakouris, Janelle, Gabrielle, Isabelle Oppenheim, Nolan, Braedyn Welch, Nicholas Gerstenkorn, Christian Hathaway, Britney, Anthony and Alexandra MacKenzie; and his sisters, Sharon Wasserman, Joanne Woolford, Rosemary Miranda, Debbie Bittle and Karen Marshall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
